I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and conveniently close to the concerts I attended at the Berks Jazzfest. The staff provided excellent service, especially going above and beyond by clearing snow from guest cars. The location was unique and interesting, offering easy access to downtown views and a lovely Pagoda sight. The dining experience could use improvement, but overall, it was a great value for the money.
